- Property Description This beautifully furnished Legend Trail Home was built in 2003 and is approximately 3550 Sq. Ft.. A gourmet kitchen (lots of cooking tools, pots & pans, dishes and silverware) with granite slab counter tops and a breakfast nook. There is a half bath off the hallway that leads to two car garage ( 1 bay available, but you can park in the driveway overnight - not in the street). The Master looks out to the resort back yard and there are 3 other bathrooms each with there own bath. The Master and one other bedroom have a king size bed. The other two bedrooms each have queen size beds. There is a wet bar with a wine/soda/beer refrigerator near the Breakfast area. The kitchen opens to a large great room complete with a 55 inch flat screen TV. There is also a game table in this area. The separate dining room seats 8 comfortably. All furnishings are old Southwest with leather furniture and rough hewn wood accent pieces.
