The home has 3 large bedrooms with two complete bathrooms and can accommodate 10. Vaulted ceilings and open floor living lends to the feeling of freedom and spaciousness. Relax in the outdoor hot tub spa on the spacious covered back patio while you grill your favorite meals on the bbq. Fully furnished with everything you need to move in and live permanently with many added luxury touches including a gas fireplace. Satellite tv and internet available, 3 car garage with desert landscaping. Close to bike paths and parks.
- The master is equipped with a bathroom with a garden tub and separate walk in shower, walk in closet, 32' flat screen tv and beautiful walnut mid century modern furnishings. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds and beautiful walnut mid century modern furnishings and custom art work.
- The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combined. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops, black appliances, range with oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator. Coffee maker, toaster, mixer, juicer, and pots, pans and linens supplied. Enough coffee to get you going your first morning, dish detergent, paper products and other extras are provided. The kitchen island is a bar height w/padded, chairs.The living room has a sofa and chairs with a queen size inflatable bed.
- The family room has a large sofa, chair and a 40' sharp hd tv, with dvd player and teak bar cabinet completely outfitted with vintage service for cocktails. There is also an inflatable bed for the family room. Both living room and family room have room darkening blinds and curtains.
- Patio has a several tables and chairs a dining table with umbrella. Heated jacuzzi as well as a gas grill. We have an attached garage for your parking convenience, a remote for the garage door is also provided.
