McDowell and some of Arizona’s premier golf courses and shopping/dining experiences, the contemporary, open floor plan with high ceilings provides the perfect spot to sit by the Mini-Pebble heated pool or entertain friends with the 60” Plasma TV and wet bar or the 65” DLP TV and Brunswick pool table. Gather around the high-top table to enjoy a game of cards, or relax with a movie from our large DVD library. For the music enthusiasts, enjoy our vast CD collection or better yet, if there’s a pianist in the group, let them serenade you on the beautiful ivory baby grand piano. - Awake from a peaceful night’s sleep on the designer King bed in the second bedroom, and walk out your slider to enjoy your morning coffee on your private patio, watching the sunrise over the Superstition Mountains. Or collapse in the third bedroom onto the Italian leather contemporary King bed.
- Enjoy the gourmet kitchen complete with premium appliances, custom cabinetry and exquisite Verde Bamboo slab granite countertops with full backsplash.
