- Property Description This beautiful, river front, chalet is located on the East Verde River that flows year around and is a 1 1/2 hour drive from the Phoenix area and Sky Harbor International Airport. This home is on a secluded lot, adjacent to the National forest in the charming community of Beaver Valley. All roads are paved to the chalet. The community offers many hiking and ATV trails as well as various fishing holes along the East Verde River.
- There is easy access to the river and a quaint beach from the steps on the lower patio. There you can swim in the swimming hole or relax and fish. There are breathtaking views from the fenced, wrap-around deck and flagstone patio following the river up to the mountains and gazing at the ( Little Diamond Rim ).
- Also nearby in the rustic town of Payson are various shops, restaurants and even a Casino. Whether your interested in Hiking, Riding ATV's, Hunting, Fishing, Museums, Historical sites, Shopping or just want to relax- this community has it all.
