- Property Description On the north side of Tucson, this 1200 square foot villa commands a stunning view of the Catalinas high above the city center. Nestled in a prestigious guard-gated community the villa sits among large saguaro cacti and high desert vegetation. While the villa is within a community there there is a large patio surrounded by flowering desert bushes. The interior, with comfortable south west decor is designed to provide comfort and a sense of space. The master suite with a queen size bed contains its own private bath and walkin closet. The other bedroom has twin beds.
- The villa comes with flat screens with 200 Direct TV channels, FREE Internet High Speed WIFI, FREE Long Distance within Canada, Puerto Rico and the 48 states, and central Air Conditioning to pamper you a bit. The kitchen is complete with fine cooking ware so you can entertain with pride. Laundry facilities are included within the villa.
- You will be able to use the heated pool, hot tub, and work out rooms in the clubhouse daily. They are located about 400 feet from the villa. We enjoy repeat guests who come annually who want to join the community as part of their stay.
