Double sided gas/wood burning fireplace in the family room/off the kitchen, and plenty of firewood for cozy winter evenings inside....Plus fire pit outside for relaxing and eating smores.
- **Guests are not allowed to wear shoes in the house. If for some reason it is necessary please do not inquire about this rental. The carpet in the home is a Mohawk non synthetic natural product that is soft and well cared for, so you can be assured it is sanitary and soothing. Slippers worn only inside are fine!!!
- The mountain view from the front patio is the location for morning coffee. The peaceful back patio is great for entertaining, evening wine, or star gazing in the anti-gravity chairs. There is a built in BBQ, extended flagstone patio and big back yard, gated and surrounded on 2 sides by a 5’ raised brick wall. The fountain in the backyard is situated so you can hear the water in the master bedroom.
- The home is equipped with Hi-speed internet; Wi-Fi; Direct TV; reverse osmosis; and as a renter you will have access to all amenities; tennis, swimming, golf, pickle-ball, basketball court, shuffleball, athletic club, softball, and many classes for various hobbies/sports.
- Puppies welcome - under 15 lbs - nonshed $100 non refundable deposit. No shedding dogs.
- Great backyard for you and your puppy to hang out, BUT there is wildlife passing through: deer, rarely a bobcat, quail, bunnies etc. Be aware!
