- Beautiful home on five acres of pristine desert...Awesome views of the Catalinas and Rincon Mountains.. Lots of birds, coyotes and wildlife all around.. Home is surrounded by mesquites, cacti and agaves....Out but close to shopping, restaurants and cafes....Lots of hiking paths and bike riding close... All tile floors, high ceilings with fans in all rooms...wood burning fireplace inside and out. Huge brick patio and disappearing sliding glass doors to an incredible backyard with big mesquites and awesome views of the Catalina Mountains. Very quiet, peaceful, with huge wash and sometimes running water. Just a beautiful place to relax and get away. Pool is not heated in the winter. Home has huge windows and a disappearing sliding glass door, to bring the outside in. Huge mesquites surround the backyard where lots of birds gather. Outside patio on the banks of the Agua Caliente wash with stone fireplace to watch the stars as they come out at night. Roadrunners, quails, hummingbirds, coyote howling, beautiful sunsets almost every night. The Agua Caliente Park just south of property with natural hot spring and wild ducks. Mt. Lemmon is just north, and only takes a half hour to reach the top, temperature drops 20 degrees, pine trees, ski lift and three restaurants. The smells of the desert after a rain is incredible. Short ride down a dirt road to this desert oasis...
