Bamboo and tile floors, thermopane windows. Patio with glider, table and chairs and outdoor fireplace, and gas grill. Well stocked with movies, DVD's music and books. Books with all kinds of information int he area are also provided. Walking distance to laundry, swimming pools, shuffleboard and putting green. Great Mexican restaurant and other shops and restaurants within walking distance. Quiet street. One member of the party must be at least 55 years old. No GVR, no smoking or pets.
