    WHETHER RENTING TWO, THREE, OR FOUR GUESTROOMS - THE HOUSE AND PROPERTY IS RENTED TO YOU ONLY.
    Standard rates apply ($150 a night) for rental period with up to 2 guests per bedroom, two bedrooms. For $175 a night three bedrooms for up to 6 guests . For $200 a night all 4 bedrooms and up to 8 guests. Please ask if in doubt. The house is completely rented with your rental! Special rates on certain event dates. Children over two are included in total guest number.
    No Pets please. (Forfeit deposit). Excessive mess. (Forfeit deposit). Non-Paying guests beyond rental contract.(Forfeit deposit). A big party with non guest participants (Forfeit deposit). If in doubt call us before renting, we will call assistance and ask for ejection from property for a party or excessive people on property. WE DO ALLOW EXTRA DAY GUESTS BY PREVIOUS ARRANGEMENTS.
    CALL-LONG TERM
    A 50 percent deposit to confirm your reservation. We then send a receipt and confirmation letter along with your arrival instructions.
    Balance due upon arrival.
    Please read notes section below about bedroom usage. Our standard rate of $150 includes up to 4 guests and 2 bedrooms. 5-6 guests and up to three bedrooms is $175 a night. 7-8 guests and up to 4 bedrooms is $200 a night.
