- Property Description The Springs development of Green Valley is a delightful place to spend your winter.
- Ours is a very tastefully decorated and fully furnished end unit townhouse with great mountain views. The Springs is a gated, age 55 plus community approximately 30 miles south of Tucson.
- There are numerous activities in the area such as a recreation center within easy walking distance that has a large pool, hot tub, exercise room, various clubs and classes, as well as a 20 acre park for walking, jogging, or simply enjoying the surrounding mountain views. The world renowned Whipple Observatory is also an area attraction as are the three major league baseball teams that begin spring training in March.
- Our townhouse is about 8 years new and is approximately 1,000 square feet. It features two bedrooms with one full bath (off the master) and one three quarter bath. The master bedroom has a king sized bed while the second bedroom has two single beds that can remain as they are or be placed together to form a king. Additionally, there is a sofa sleeper that sleeps two.
- The entire home is exceptionally well furnished with large closets, tables, chairs, pictures, televisions, plush linens, towels, etc., essentially every conceivable and necessary appliance to make your stay most comfortable.
- Easily accessed through sliding doors the patio has a gas grill, table and chairs, and a view that will make it memorable and very comfortable for you. There is now a brick wall that has been constructed making for a private patio.
