The house has 15 ft ceilings with 2 separate living rooms, large dining space, and very generous bedroom space. With 1 king and 3 queen beds, this property will accommodate up to 8 guests very comfortably.
The real Joy with this property is the outdoor spaces, with 3 large covered sitting areas, and 1 pergola room. Two of the spaces are separate rooms. One of the separate rooms on the south side of the house is covered fro protection from the sun or rain with seating for a great night gathering space.
The property has enough outdoor amenities that we have created a menu to choose from. You will see in the rates that we have separated out the use of the spa, and heating in the pool. For those not wishing to use any one of these amenities, just mention in the inquiry, and we can adjust the fees.
The pool is large and has a number of in-water sitting areas to cool down. Also, there is a spa attached to the pool that flows down into the pool.
Outdoor dining, with a small outdoor kitchen allows for convenient dining. Master bedroom has separate entrance to the outdoor patio, as well as 2 bedrooms located on the other side of the house having private entrance to the patio. With 2 walled areas, one in the front and a large walled back yard, pets and guests can roam freely.
This is a private, quite, oasis, yet with-in 5 minutes of I-10 for access to all that Tucson offers. What really catch's you by surprise, is that you can venture from this seclusion and find yourself with-in 4 minutes of groceries, shopping, and Starbucks.
