One touch home security system, accessible from an IPAD with simple 1 step instructions, so you can feel secure and protected. - Keyless entry lock with one-touch locking/ unlocking mechanism so you don't have keys to worry about, a Nest (smart thermostat) so you can adjust it to your liking, or leave it alone and it will keep you perfectly comfortable through technology, Cuisinart coffee grinder, espresso machine, tea maker, microwave, full size washer/dryer, and a waterfall shower head, just to name a few of the special touches.
- The backyard has an outdoor lounge area with couches, chairs, a barbecue with propane & lot of green grass to enjoy! There's even a view of Camelback mountain so you can enjoy your wine or tea from the cozy couches and watch the sunset or catch some rays. We are in the heart of everything - 3.2 miles to the trail head to hike Camelback, Squaw Peak is right around the corner, we are less then a mile to the canal for walking and biking paths, yoga studios are everywhere, gyms (high end The Village less then a mile away) golf courses, gastropubs, you name it!!
- 3.7 miles to airport, 4.2 to old town Scottsdale (spring training games, night life, fine dining etc) HOWEVER we are in the HEART of Arcadia, which contains the very best Arizona has to offer - Right around the corner from the home, literally walking distance, is, the Vig (extensive wine and beer plus restaurant and live music/patio), Arcadia Tavern, O.H.S.O brewery, The Henry fine dining, Sushi brokers, Beckett's table, Postino's, Le Grande Orange, Crudo's, EVERYTHING is right here. Coffee bars (try SIP coffee and beer garage) to elegant fine dining (Steak 44 and then of coarse, tons more places right up the street at the Biltmore) to shopping, hiking, and airport accessibility, this is the spot in Arizona which has become its own little urban haven.
- We have thought of everything for the home- board games for the family, to fast internet for the working adult, and even hundreds of movies to enjoy- ranging from kids movies like Hook and Star Wars, to classics for adults like Tombstone/Point Break/City Slickers. We have leather reclining couches and cozy blankets, a binder with things to do around town and discounts from local vendors, AND a contact at Arcadia Premium, which is a local wine/beer/cheese shop that DELIVERS amazing adult beverages and snacks for a flat $5 fee. We have tile throughout, so your pet is welcome. We do a VERY thorough and deep cleaning in between all of our guests, and keep the house immaculate, so please understand that pet owners will need to pay an additional $75 to accommodate this.
- We provide all cooking utensils, pots/pans etc, Starbucks coffee, and a beautiful home we want you to enjoy as much as we do! Should you need a vehicle during your stay, we have one for rent and can discuss. December will be our first availability, and we have modest/elegant Christmas decorations, however please specify if you would like us to remove for your preference and we would be more then happy to. This is a wonderful home, with many touches and amenities, so party animals need not apply.
