- Property Description This Gorgeous Guest Home is the ideal place to stay when you are in Gilbert. It was uniquely designed with the Spiral Staircase. We promise- you will never find another floorplan like this one! Beautiful Granite Counter tops in the Kitchen, Bathroom and Mudroom. The appliances are all new- Dishwasher, Convection Microwave, Toaster Oven, Refrigerator, Washer & Dryer. Precise detail in decorating to make the Guest Home absolutely Stunning- it looks like a Luxurious Honeymoon Suite but well suited for Families too (see Reviews)! You will feel like you found a bit of Paradise when sleeping in the Master Bedroom with the King Size Bed or either of the Sofa Beds. The King Size Bed has pillowtop padding; the sofa beds each have extra padding to ensure a good nights sleep. The Greatroom feels very spacious and inviting. Open French Doors to the outside Patio and large Pool. The Backyard is beautiful with Palm Trees around the Pool. Feel free to enjoy the Fruit on the Grapefruit, Lemon and Orange Trees. The 2nd Bedroom is upstairs. It is a large room and includes a Pool Table. Walk Out Balcony offers Spectacular Views of the Swimming Pool and Breathtaking Sunsets. The swimming pool at the guest home is for paying guests only. We can't have large parties at the guest home because the guest home is located in a very nice neighborhood with a strict HOA. Guests are responsible to watch their children while swimming. Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty.
- Enjoy Val Vista Lakes Resort Style Living with Acres of Parks and Lakes and Walking Paths. You may have full access to the Val Vista Lakes Multi-Million Dollar Clubhouse, Heated Swimming Pool & Spa, Tennis Courts, Weight Rooms and Racquet Ball upon request. If you want to use the Val Vista Lakes amenities, the HOA charges a $75 transfer fee where they suspend our privileges and transfer them to you. We want you to absolutely LOVE your visit!

- 1. Bring your Slippers. Guests are to NOT wear shoes in the Guest Home. There is a Mud Room at the entry with a large bookshelf for shoes. You can place your shoes on or under the bookshelf. The Guest Home feels brand new as it was completely remodeled in 2016.
- 2. No pets.
- 3. No smoking.
- 4. Baby Wipes (wipes in general, paper towels and feminine products) must be thrown in the garbage and CANNOT be put down the toilet. They can cause major plumbing problems). Even if the product says it is safe to flush- it isn't.
- 5. The Guest Home and pool are available to only those that are paying to use it. No Parties with friends or relatives. Val Vista Lakes is a highly desired upscale neighborhood with a strict HOA.
- 6. Before you leave, please do not make the beds but leave used sheets and towels on the floor in front of the solid french doors so they can be laundered.
- 7. Please clean up after yourself. Do your own dishes. Empty the garbage. We don't want to start charging a cleaning fee.
- 8. Turn off the air conditioning and lights.
