This is not your normal vacation rental - the interior has many upgrades and the furniture is what you would find in a high-end home. I also use this home for vacations so I indulged in some very nice furniture and extras. This is a smoke-free and pet free home. I just had the house painted and installed new, thick carpets. I do ask renters to treat the house as their own.
If you love to play golf, this is the community to visit. The gated Solera community features a beautiful golf course, tennis courts, two pools, meeting room, computer center, billiard room, arts and craft room, library, and many activities.
A vacation is when you don't have to worry about anything. This rental property is fully stocked with everything you will need from a high definition flat screens to pots and pans: just pack your bags, buy some groceries and you are set. The people in the community are very friendly, we have two beautiful pools, a computer center, lots of activities and the community is gated. That's a vacation!
