NotesThe house is very centrally located to the Mesa freeway system. Day trips to Payson, Sedona, The Grand Canyon, etc are most feasible. The new Chicago Cubs complex is 15 or 20 minutes away as well as several other spring training sites. There is plenty of dining close by, too.
OutsideBicycles Please ask if you would like to ride bikes. We have two available, but you may need to air up the tires....lol, Deck / Patio The back patio is tiled and has a nice table and chairs (all new cushions for this year). There are also 2 outdoor rocking chairs for your enjoyment., Golf Golf is not included with the property, but the green fees are quite reasonable at Painted Mountain. They sell a loyalty card and there are plenty of other golf courses near by., Lawn / Garden There is nice landscaping and flowers along the entry toward the front door. There are trees and shrubs to complete the landscaping, but no grass lawn., Outdoor Grill There is a clean, gas barbecue (and cover) on the back patio.
