- Property Description Hidden gem in secluded, quiet neighborhood just minutes from the center of Scottsdale nightlife, dining & activities. Cozy peaceful room with private entrance. King bed, kitchenette w/microwave, fridge, & sink. Private bath w/shower. Beautiful patio to have your morning coffee.
- Our beautiful, whimsical front lawn greets you as you arrive on property. The circular driveway takes you to the courtyard entrance. Your suite is a cozy warm space for you to unwind & relax before setting off to explore the beautiful surroundings of Scottsdale.
- The suite is 300sf with a small kitchenette area. It includes a dorm size fridge, mini-microwave, sink, water cooler/heater & very few accessories. It is not intended as full kitchen. It's better suited for sodas, yogurt, microwave popcorn or a doggie bag from one of Scottsdale finest restaurants.
- If you're looking to do a lot of cooking check out our Sunny Spacious Cozy Cottage listing. It's a gorgeous 1,000sf property in the same neighborhood with a full kitchen & all the amenities you will need.
- We are just minutes from three spring training stadiums - San Francisco Giants, Chicago Cubs, and Colorado Rockies/Arizona Diamondbacks.
- We are conveniently located for access to The Barrett/Jackson Auction, The Phoenix Open, Westword Horse Show, Talking Stick Casino, The Phoenician Golf Resort.
- We're within walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale & Scottsdale Fashion Square.
- We are 20 minutes from Chase Field and U.S Airways Area, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks and Phoenix Suns.

It has a sink, but is not useful for prepared meals., Refrigerator: Small dorm fridge for keeping leftovers & beverages cool. Not meant for heavy use., Toaster: Toast is good. Don't burn it or it will smell.
- General Air Conditioning: A/C and heat are shared with main house. Main house has the thermostat & we set it to a comfortable level.
