- Pool, barbecue, and patio are ideal for lounging and dining during most of the year. Dining areas under the mesquite trees or on the patio. Located 20 minutes from downtown Cave Creek where there is bull riding on Wednesday and Friday evenings for authentic western entertainment.
- The house and fenced yard is suitable for people and one house trained pet dog.
- It is easy southwest living.
- The location is 6 miles north of the beltway (101) providing speedy access to Scottsdale, Phoenix for ball games, and Phoenix University Stadium.
- Please NOTE: The pool is unheated. It becomes swimmable in April and warm in May. Summertime temperatures are in the high 80's.
