Lush greenery and 6 miles of shoreline make this gated community feel like the tropics without the humidity. Our second floor 1200 sq. ft condo has been recently remodeled and completely refurnished. A private bedroom with built in closet and new queen bed is attached to the open floor plan dining/great room. Two sets of French doors open onto a picture perfect lakefront The great room has a Murphy bed surrounded by custom made cabinets and built-in bookshelves which creates added space while retaining the 'second bedroom'. Two sets of French doors open to a 180 degree vista of 'The Lakes'. Waking up with an incredible sunrise on the lake with ducks, turtles and fish swimming by and humming birds and an occasional owl in the trees will introduce you to another Arizona. Inside warm colors, leather furniture, a completely upgraded kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and large washer and dryer make your at-home time peaceful and accommodating. Tons of amenities on the property and across the street at the Clubhouse include swimming pools, sauna, tennis courts, fitness center, and game room. Green belts are great for walking through the safe, welcoming community. An excellent lakefront restaurant as well as a boutique coffee shop/café are within a 5 minute walk. Tempe has easy access to all freeways leading to Phoenix, the Superstition Mountains, Tucson and Flagstaff. The ASU campus is within 5 miles. Our condo is convenient to bus lines and the new light rail system. Movie theaters, art centers, museums and sports venues (pro and collegiate teams) are all located conveniently throughout the Valley of the Sun with Tempe the popular, busy hub of the East Valley. 150 golf courses make Phoenix a special destination for golfers. Spring training for professional baseball teams from all over the country have venues in 'The Valley of the Sun'. The Tempe Mill avenue shops, Tempe Town Lakes and Park are favorites of Tempe visitors, and the Botanical Garden, the Phoenix Zoo, horseback riding and hiking trails are all with in 20 minutes. Gammage Center for the Performing Arts , Mesa Arts Center, Herberger and Orpheum theaters host Broadway plays and musicals as well as local popular events.
