- Property Description Our comfy cozy cottage sits on our beautiful acre property in Paradise Valley, Arizona. The house has two full baths, an open great room, and a large bedroom with a king size bed. The kitchen is stocked with amenities for cooking & serving. A full sized refrigerator, oven, electric stove top, dishwasher are at your disposal. Oh and it has a disposal too!
- The welcoming front patio overlooks the unheated pool and common area.The home also has a private back patio to have breakfast in your underwear (if that's your thing.)
- The estate is just two minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, yet nestled in a cul-de-sac and tucked into a cozy, established neighborhood with only one entrance and exit making for minimal traffic and a very quiet, secluded setting.The large oleanders around our property give plenty of privacy.
- My husband, daughter and I have live on the property for over two years. We live in the main house detached from the cottage. We are happy to share our private cozy cottage with you and look forward to hosting you in the future.
- We are located just 15 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. We have a large auto court next to the cottage for convenient parking.
- Kitchen: is stocked with most amenities and utensils you will need.
- BBQ: There is a natural gas BBQ and a sink attached to the outdoor fireplace in the pool area. Feel free to cook up something delicious.
- Outdoor Fireplace: Near the pool is an outdoor gas fireplace to cozy up to on cold evenings.
- Washer/Dryer: There is a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room. We have supplied dryer sheets and washing machine detergent pods.
- Cats & Wildlife: There is a friendly curious cat that roams the property. She may want to say “hi” if you’re out in the yard. If you prefer not to be bothered clap your hands and shoo her away. She gets the hint pretty quickly. You will probably also see a lot of rabbits, quails, and other birds enjoying the neighborhood. Occasionally there are coyotes that trot down the streets. We suggest you don’t pet the coyotes; this isn’t a Bugs Bunny cartoon.
- No Smoking: There is no smoking anywhere on the property.
- Televisions: We do not have cable, just an antenna on the roof. The television is a smart TV and there are a variety of local channels from which to choose. .
- DVD Player: We have a Blu-Ray DVD player in the great room. Feel free to binge on an entire season of Orange is the New Black.
- Alarm Clock: There is an alarm clock on the side of the bed for your convenience.
- Coffee Maker: We have a coffee maker and coffee, along with sugar and half and half. Feel free to brew some Joe (That’s another word for coffee, you Europeans.)
- Pool: Feel free to use the pool. All we ask is that you keep it quiet after 10p. There are two pool towels for your convenience. Please no glass in the pool area. The pool is unheated, but for you Canadians its plenty warm.
- WIFI: We do have WiFi on the property. When you arrive we will give you a password to get onto the WiFi.

- If you're looking for something more economical, inquire about our Sweet Suite in Old Town. It is a comfortable 300sf mother-in-law suite with independent entrance, queen bed, small kitchenette, and private bath and shower.
