- Property Description Vacation in our 3000+ square foot beautiful home in Maricopa, with all new stainless steel appliances, furniture, carpet, tile, outdoor Kitchen/Grill, Patio Furniture, TV's, and more. We purchased this home in May of 2014 and installed new everything! Ideal location, small town to get away from the crowds, but only 20 minutes to the Malls, 30 minutes to Scottsdale/Phoenix, 35 minutes to Sky Harbor Phoenix airport, and only 2 minutes to the Duke Golf Course. You will have the opportunity to enjoy endless activities and amenities, or just simply relax and do nothing at all!
- Gorgeous master bedroom is complete with a King bed with a new plush top mattress and a 55' LCD flat screen television. The second bedroom has a queen new pillow top mattress and full dresser and nightstand. The third bedroom has a queen size pillow top mattress with beautiful dresser and nightstand. The fourth bedroom has two full futon beds and two twin bunk beds, all with upgraded mattresses. This 'kids' room also has a 42' TV and xBox for gaming fun. The fifth bedroom/den, on the main floor, for those who don't like stairs, has a sofa which can be converted into a Queen bed with an upgraded mattress. The large loft area also has a queen size upgraded mattress sofa bed. The loft area has a 55' smart TV for additional entertainment space.
