Cleaning Fee $80
Electric is calculated in summer thermostat on 80 and running fans, Winter thermostat on 70. If this is not comfortable for you we can work out a different pricing. The 250.00 deposit is refundable after you leave and the property is not damaged and all items remain in condo. Good karma, so far so good:-) cancellation: 60 days - 100 percent minus any service fees/admin fees. 30 days 50% minus any service fees/admin fees.
