One bathroom upgraded cherry cabinets and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities. Washer and Dryer are in the unit.
San Simeon is located in the Foothills of South Mountain 20 min from Phoenix Sky harbour Airport and 25 min from Mesa Gateway airport.
South Mountain has excellent hiking trails that are easily accessible. The Condo is walking distance to Safeway, restaurants and sports bar. YMCA is next door to the condo complex.
Shopping: Within 10 Min of Phoenix Premium Outlets, Chandler Fashion Mall and within 15 minutes of Arizona Mills and San Tan Village.
For the golfer there are 4 championship courses within 10 min. drive.
The condo overlooks the main pool and hot tub. There is also a fitness room and clubhouse located at the main pool. There is a 2nd unheated pool located on the property. There are barbecues located throughout the property, 2 at each pool and 2 more in gazebos overlooking lake.
Very quiet at night with no parking lot or car noise.
Non smoking and no pets please. One month minimum rental. Half down at time of reservation The main balance along with $125 non-refundable cleaning fee required one month prior to arrival.
