Complete remodel throughout to include renovated kitchen and bathrooms. Rates Include all utilities, Direct TV & Free High Speed Wireless Internet and taxes.
- Relax in our newly renovated home that features a luxurious king-size mattress with Egyptian cotton sheets in the master bedroom with a 32” HD TV with Direct TV with built in DVD player and plush pillow-top queens with Egyptian cotton sheets in each of the other bedrooms. The master suite boasts a spacious glassed in shower with tile throughout. The main bath features a shower and twin sinks.
- The yard has a western exposure and is quiet and private with an area for those that want to sunbathe and a great pool for that quick cool down in summer. A $25 a day fee is charged for heating the pool if requested during your stay.
- Mature fruit trees – tangerine and orange are in the front yard - great for breakfast and fresh juice. We've included a patio table and 4 chairs with a 9ft umbrella in the back yard and a covered patio with couch and chairs for those that prefer to sit and relax in the shade or just keep the sun at bay. A fire pit is located to the side of the yard to enjoy in the evenings with plenty of fire wood after grilling a delicious meal on the electric grill.
- The kitchen is completely renovated and fully equipped and has a newly installed reverse osmosis system for sparkling clear water and ice; it's a cozy environment that has a large table and chairs set looking out at the pool and a granite topped island with 2 chairs for socializing, a quick bite or just hanging out with the cook.
- The living room has a 55' HD TV with Direct TV, DVR, Blueray DVD player with a comfortable couch to relax and watch movies! The great room is perfect for relaxing or reading and doubles as the 4th bedroom and features a comfortable convertible couch.
- Direct TV w/DVR and over 220 channels are included.
