- Property Description Welcome to our new non-smoking home in the Knolls area of Power Ranch, a quiet and safe area with miles of walking trails, several community pools, two catch and release fishing lakes, tennis and basketball courts. We are minutes away from golf and the vibrant San Tan Village outdoor mall, a truly special shopping and dining experience for every taste.
- Our neighbourhood is unique in that the double attached garages are at the back of the homes, providing esthetically pleasing and walkable streetscapes. The home itself fronts and sides green space, giving a feeling of spaciousness. The green space next to us, restricted to Knolls residents and guests, has a playground, pool and hot tub for your use and enjoyment.
