- Property Description Welcome to our fabulous vacation home! This 1600 sq foot one-story home is like new and boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The open floor plan is perfect for large groups, a couple, or a family coming to enjoy the wonderful Phoenix weather! The open single floor means it's easy for those with mobility issues to get around - no stair climbing here!
- Beautifully and fully furnished, there is always a comfortable, inviting place to watch TV, visit with family or friends, or get lost in a good book. The kitchen has everything you can possibly imagine! A large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher. Coffee maker, toaster, knives, pans, utensils and plates are provided. There is plenty of room for entertaining large groups with 2 bar stools up to the counter and two 4 place beautiful tables that will comfortably seat 10.
- The configuration of the bedrooms provides maximum flexibility for yourself and your guests. Two bedrooms offer comfortable queen beds and a easy access to the spare bathroom. The master suite offers a queen bed with its own bathroom, walk in closet, bureau, and pool side access. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan, new and comfortable queen beds, nightstands and bedside lamps.
- In case 3 bedrooms is not enough sleeping space for you, the den has a sofa sleeper with a full size bed!
- The backyard is a fabulous retreat. It features a covered patio equipped with a propane barbeque grill, another ceiling fan, a poolside table and chairs with four loungers. There is a beautiful (HEATED) pool surrounded by a comfortable patio that provides the perfect spot to soak up some sun.
