- This spacious, luxury condo is located on the ground floor (no stairs) and 60 feet from an 85 degree heated salt water pool, 103 degree hot tub, and well equipped fitness room. View from the pool area is breathtaking with panoramic views of the desert, Four Peaks and Red Mountain.
- The condo is well-equipped with 39" flat screen TV and Blu-ray DVD player in the great room plus TVs in both bedrooms and Wi-Fi/internet throughout. Both bedrooms have king-sized beds as wells as attached 5 or 4 piece baths. Both baths and kitchen have new granite counter tops and the main master has double new vessel sinks.
- This condo has private patio off both bedrooms and great room overlooking a restful desert landscape with the pool, palm trees and mountains in the background. Patio can be accessed from both bedrooms and the great room.
- The condo is owner-managed for lower cost and quick response to your request as we have trusted staff on hand to take care of any problems.
- Golf is just across the street with 6 other golf courses minutes away. The Grand Canyon is a day trip as is Tucson and the Red Rocks of Sedona plus Jerome. Fountain Hills is a small laid-back community with Scottsdale and Phoenix area amenities nearby.
