About your vacation home:
Amazing 6 bedroom Tuscan style home with great layout for family and friend gatherings. Lots of room (3,600 sq ft) to spread out in this beautiful home.
The back yard of this retreat has a large resort like feel with privacy as the backyard looks onto a wash. Sit under the covered patio, eat, drink & be merry in your personal oasis complete with mountain views and at night views of the city lights.
Inside the home you will find a very well appointed kitchen with high end stainless appliances and granite countertops. A double oven is perfect for cooking up a meal for large families or gatherings. Attached to the kitchen is a dining area with seating for 6. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee machine, and a 12 cup coffee machine.
For your entertainment, there is a large HDTV with cable and Blue Ray. Sit back in the comfortable top grain leather sofa, loveseat and chair in the central living room and watch TV or listen to music. The living room looks out to the beautiful backyard and mountain views.
There is also tv's in the front room, master bedroom and one of the bedrooms upstairs.
Bedrooms:
Each of the 6 bedrooms have new mattress, new sheeting and bedding to provide the ultimate in comfort.
The main floor conveniently has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
~Bedroom #1 is towards the front of the home and has a queen bed and a full bathroom next to it.
~Bedroom #2 faces the backyard and has a queen bed with a full bathroom next to it.
~Master: Upstairs has the magnificent master suite has a commanding view of the White Tank Mountains and overlooks the backyard. With a king size bed and full 5 piece ensuite bathroom complete with a soaking tub, shower, dual sinks and vanity area, this is sure to be a relaxing retreat. Plush Sealy Posturpedic mattress provides ultimate comfort in sleep.
~Bedrooms 4, 5 and 6 are also upstairs and each have a queen bed. A bathroom with 2 sinks and a full bath service these bedrooms. Ideal bathroom as their is a door separating the sink/vanity from the toilet and shower area. Bedroom #4 has a flat screen TV.
All bedrooms and the main living area have ceiling fans for your comfort.
Wireless internet coverage extends through all areas of home for your convenience. No landline phone so bring your cellphones!
If the need arises to do some laundry there is a new GE washer and dryer in the laundry room.
For toddler/infant guests there is also a pack and play provided and a double stroller for neighborhood walks. There is a high chair in the dining room and a safety gate that can easily be installed at the bottom of the stairs.
Although, you may not feel like leaving the relaxing surroundings of the backyard, there is a multitude of things to do in the Buckeye area without venturing too far. Sports fans are rewarded by the close proximity to the spring training camps for MLB teams...Fifteen major league base ball teams call the Phoenix Valley home for annual Spring training. These teams (AKA The Cactus League) play & practice at 10 stadiums around the Greater Phoenix Valley. Many of those stadiums are within very short drive of our home. If NASCAR is an interest, Phoenix International Raceway is likewise quite close. Whether you choose to venture close and take in local entertainment, golf, sports games,hike, shop or go out for fine dining...you will find our home perfectly located. Should you feel adventurous and wish to venture further for a day trip or overnight, again we are ideally located within 5 minutes of the I-10 freeway.
Our vacation home is perfect for a large family, sports fans, golfers, and those wanting to get away from it all! Why stay at a busy resort with everyone else when you can have all the privacy you need in your own piece of Paradise!
BedroomsAll rooms with new mattresses and linen. All have closets except for front bedroom on main floor which does have a dresser. Since this home is a recent purchase, we don't have the bedrooms fully decorated, however, everything you need for a comfortable nights sleep is available.
