- Property Description This great condo has a wonderful resort feel to it. We are conveniently located 2 blks from the A's and 15 min from the Cubs Spring Training stadiums! It is 1040 sq ft with 2 bdrm 2 ba. It has a split floor plan so the 2nd bed and bath are located in the front and the master is toward the back. Even though it is located on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator available, it gives you a great view of the cabana and pool area from the master bedroom and balcony.
- The property includes a fully-stocked kitchen, all bedroom and bathroom linens are included, there is satellite TV as well as free wireless internet. The wood burning fireplace is in the living room along with the vaulted ceilings. There are barbecues located in several locations around the community. There is an in house washer and dryer. The covered parking which is provided is not far from the front steps.
