- Property Description This gorgeous Boulders home is situated on the 10th green of the world renowned Boulders South course at The Bolders Golf and Spa Resort, adjacent to the resorts signature water feature. This Waldorf Astoria resort home was completely and professionally remodeled in 2010-2012.
- This house has an important Western exposure enabling you to enjoy the magnificent Sonoran Desert sunsets from the comfort of its expansive backyard patio and 180-degree glassed living room. Experience the orange, pink and purple sky as it bathes the famous Boulder rock pile and the majestic surrounding mountains. Tall saguaro cactus, mesquite and palo verde trees, sweeping golf course views from the adjacent green to the elevated tee box and incredible wildlife—bobcats, coyotes and javalinas-- just add to the tranquility of the beautiful setting. Upon entering this home, you will understand the serenity of the desert.
- The well equipped gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, along with a custom copper sink and hood, and custom kitchen furniture. The kitchen has service for 12 and all the necessary small appliances. The breakfast table can seat 4 with 2 additional counter height stools at the island bar. There is also a flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. The Old World Tuscan yet Western décor is evident through out.
- With expansive sliding glass doors, the kitchen open to a new outdoor kitchen which has a 42” built-in natural gas grill with interior lights, a rotisserie, griddle, infra red cooking, an outdoor rated refrigerator, custom painted farm style serving table, and a hand painted Italian volcanic stone dining table for 6 that was imported from Tuscany, all under a patio with a roof and ceiling fan. The BBQ island, done in stacked stone, is accented with native Arizona turquoise rocks, a tumbled marble and turquoise countertop and halogen lighting for evening cooking use. After your meal, relax on the outdoor new patio swivel rocking chairs and ottomans and take in the magnificent star studded sky while listening for the coyotes in the distance. Professionally landscape lighted and maintained, this is one of the premier views in The Boulders.
- A gas fireplace in the living room services both the living room and dining room. Decorated with Western art from local artists, the living room, with its 12 foot soaring ceilings, has two 6’x8’ abutting glass walls that bring the spectacular desert views, nightly sunsets and rich natural beauty inside. The dining room offers seating for 6 with controlled lighting. A custom bar with a granite countertop and wine cooler is centrally located for ease of entertaining.
- The den has a 42” flat screen TV, ceiling fan, stereo system and ipod docking station, DVD player, wireless internet throughout, and a wireless printer/scanner/fax machine. Two recliner chairs and a custom pullout sofa with an air and regular mattress combo offer comfortable and cozy seating.
