- Our home offers comfort in all the bedrooms, family living areas, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and two eating areas.
- Our home has wonderful features such as; ceramic tile, new carpet, granite counter tops, and brand new appliances, ceiling fans in family room and all 4 bedrooms, flat screen TVs in every bedroom, WIFI/BluRay/Internet access, and cable TV. There is a big selection of books, music tapes and DVD's to choose from. We have also included games, cards for the whole family and some children's books.

- There are 4 large bedrooms, 3 of which have king size beds, and one with a queen size bed.
- The master suite has all the amenities for comfort and relaxation. In addition to the comfy king size bed, there is a relaxing sitting/reading area where you can curl up with your new novel or watch your favorite television program. The master walk-in closet provides ample space for you to bring everything you need on your visit. The master bathroom includes a double vanity, over-sized tub, and walk in shower.
- Each of the three remaining bedrooms have ample room to move around and have closet space to accommodate any other family members that travel with you. All bedrooms are attractively decorated and provide comfort beyond belief!
- Looking for a place to sit outside and enjoy the great Arizona climate? If so, this patio was made for you! The outdoor patio has a table and 10 chairs, 5 lounging chairs and a gas grill perfect for outdoor cooking and dining.
- The heated pool is spacious and is a perfect way to exercise and stay fit or just to unwind after a round of golf! You are welcomed to use at your own risk, either of the his/hers bikes to explore the neighborhood or we do have a stationary bike. We also have a sewing machine that you can use if you brought your sewing or quilting projects!
- Our home is within blocks of 'The Duke' golf course and clubhouse, minutes away from the 'Southern Dunes' golf course, and a 5 minute drive to Harrah's Casino. The beauty of staying in Maricopa is the day to day quiet small town atmosphere. When you want all the luxuries of the big city, hop in your car and a less than 30-minute road trip allows you to visit Chandler, Casa Grande, Mesa, Tempe, Phoenix or Scottsdale! All of these cities provide great restaurants, attractions and amenities.
- If you are traveling with elderly family members or friends, our home is equipped with safety bars in both bathrooms, a wheelchair, portable potty and a walker.
