- Property Description Winter Weather Is Wonderful In Arizona. Gated Community Is Large And Beautiful.
- Nice location, close to the main community buildings and the PickleBall Courts. There are several pools as well. It is just a nice community and the big thing is the pickle ball. The park loads up every winter for the pickle ball tournaments.
- There is Cable TV, Internet and/or Phone service but the renter needs to arrange through Cox. The RV must be at least 24 feet long, box of vehicle, not including front bumper or rear bumper, or NO larger than 45 feet. Lot has 30amp and 50amp electrical outlets and has water/sewer hookups. Owner provides the water, trash and security. Electric is provided BUT if over $150 for a month/$5 a day, the renter pays the amount over $150/$5. Golf is separate but you do receive a discount price as a Happy Trails tenant. One person must be 55 yrs of age, community CC&R rule.
