- The Pointe is a gated community complete with 3 heated pools, three spas, tennis and basketball courts. Located in North Phoenix, it is conveniently seated at the foot of the North Mountain Preserve which boasts excellent desert hiking and biking trails.
- Just minutes away from major highways the Pointe Resort's location allows easy and quick access to all your Phoenix golf, shopping, sports and dining destinations, or your Arizona touring destinations such as the Grand Canyon, Saguaro National Park, Old Tuscon Studios, Pima Air and Space Museum, Tombstone, Sedona etc.
- With approximately one dozen golf courses within an 8 mile radius from the Pointe if you like the challenge of a variety of courses this is a great destination for you.
- There is easy access to this spacious ground level condo which comes complete with upgraded cable, a new 42' Flat-screen TV in the living room (with a new Bluray/DVD player), and a new 32' Flat-screen in the guest bedroom, two cordless phones for UNLIMITED local calling and FREE wireless internet.
- All Stainless steel appliances in your fully equipped kitchen. The guest bedroom has plenty of space with an oversized walk-in closet. All the conveniences of home while away from home are yours! It is my goal to make this a comfortable and enjoyable stay for you.
- I work with an excellent property manager and cleaning company, Showcase Cleaning, with years of experience working within The Pointe Resort Condos to help make this a wonderful destination for guests.
- ***Please note - For bookings of 1 month or longer, $500 is due upon booking for 1st month, and $250 for each additional month. The remaining Rental Rate is due 60 Days prior to the arrival date. *** The Cleaning Fee and Damage Deposit are due 30 Days prior to Arrival Date. ***Please note the Damage Deposit and Cleaning Fee are not included in the Rental Rate.
- ***Please note - always inquire with property owner for the Rental Rate Quote, as the VRBO rate calculator does not always accurately reflect rates at all times and may incidentally incorporate a high nightly rate on quotes. There is no nightly rate for this property.
