- Our 1,575 sq. ft., three bedroom townhouse is situated on the best lot in the community and has recently been remodeled, with a gorgeous kitchen, new tile, carpet and windows. The master bedroom suite is upstairs and is spacious and private, with a king-size bed. The master has a large walk-in closet, separate shower area and double sinks. The two bedrooms on the main floor are about equal size with a queen bed in one and two long twin beds in the other. Full bath in between.
- The living room has a 50' Plasma TV with a Blu-ray player. There is Wi-Fi coverage throughout the townhouse via high-speed cable. The kitchen is fully equiped. There is an island for casual dining or a table in the kitchen area. A sliding glass door off the kitchen takes you to a quiet and private patio area with a new gas BBQ grill. A wonderful place to start the day with a good cup of coffee!
- Outside the patio gate are two covered parking spots reserved for this unit. The Continental Villas East community has a southwestern Spanish-Colonial architecture, with lush landscaping, well-lighted streets and illuminated 'finger' lakes.
