- Property Description Our home is located in Gold Canyon with views of the Sidewinder golf course, Superstition mountain as well as Dinosaur Mountain which also shades the townhouse in the late afternoon and what a view.
- Our home is in a landscaped, very quiet gated community. We are 30 to 40 minutes from Sky Harbor airport and about 30 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport. Little traffic in our community but still a few minutes from shopping malls, grocery stores, home depot and fast foods.
- Our home has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Two bedrooms are master suites up with a king in one and a queen in the other each has a master bath. Our third bedroom is on the main floor with a full bath in case someone in your party has an issue with stairs.
- If you need to work while you are vacationing feel free to use our den equipped with high speed internet, connect your computer to wifi while sitting at the desk or anywhere else in the house. If you need a break the den is also equipped with cable TV and a couch.
- Other relaxing features would be to move out to one of the three patios with a glass of wine and enjoy the view of the mountains or the golf course.
- Make sure you visit our community clubhouse which has a beautiful pool, spa, fitness center, outside bbq's and a large meeting room all this within a 4 minute walk.
- There is so much to do while visiting the area!
