$200.00 deposit is required to hold the property for any requested dates and is refunded unless the renter cancels the reservation one month or less prior to the arrival date. The deposit becomes the damage deposit at arrival and is refunded if the property is left in the same condition it was when the renters took possession.
Personal check 5 business days prior to arrival, or cash / cashiers check on arrival. If staying for multiple months, rent will be due prior to the first day of the new month.
Owner's Cancellation Policy
100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
