Our home is located in the Rancho El Dorado - “The Duke” Golf Course community. Only 30 minutes from PHX airport.
The backyard has been beautifully landscaped with 900 sq. ft. synthetic grass chipping and putting, green palm trees, 4 varieties of fruit trees, cactus and other plants to give you a resort like atmosphere around the fully heated pool (GAS, Solar and Hotspot Exchange heated - NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES). Many solar lights and flood lights surround the backyard, but not so much that you cannot see the magnificent beautiful stars. You are also able to putt and chip under the illumination of this lighting. There is a propane BBQ. There is much seating in the backyard, including a six place dining patio set; recline-able loungers with umbrella; and double glider love-seat.
There is plenty of extra space with Living room, Family room, and Den. Additional access to the backyard and pool can be done from the Family room. View of the pool can be seen throughout the house (Kitchen, Dining, Family, and Living room). Full Size Washer and Dryer.
The Master bedroom has a King size Sleigh bed and a full bath with dual sinks, separate shower/tub, and walk in closet. Private access to the pool can be made off of the master bathroom. It also has a 42' LCD HDTV with Blu-ray Player and Cable TV. The other bedrooms include a Queen bed and a Full size Double. A Twin bed is located in the Den; however, there is no privacy.
Watch entertainment on the 42' LCD HDTV and Blu-ray Player and Cable TV. Play video games on the XBOX game console with a selection of available games.
The desktop computer allows you to explore the Internet with Ethernet and Wi-Fi.
Golf
We have available 2 sets of Golf Clubs (stiff shaft ) for Free so you won't have to fly a set down.
One of Golf Digest top 100 Golf Courses (Southern Dunes) which was co-designed by Fred Couples and is managed by Troon Golf is less than 10 minutes away. There are over 50 golf courses within 45 minutes!
The Duke Golf Course: Staff have offered to drive us to the intersection of our street and the golf course following a round to allow your spouse to wander off with the vehicle.
