Refundable damage deposit $800
Non-Refundable Cleaning $100
There are no cancellation fees for cancellations made 90 days prior to check-in. For cancellations 45-90 days prior to check-in the 50% deposit is subject to a cancellation fee. If another guest rents the unit for the same time period, a full refund will be made. All rates are subject to change prior to confirmation.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
