Cleaning Fee $100
Property Damage Insurance $59
Please note that there is a $100.00 cleaning fee in addition to the rental rates. Also, there will be a 5% upcharge for PayPal payments.
During the Winter Rate period, weekly rentals are available in December only. January 1st through March 31st is restricted to month to month rentals only.
Check in is 3:00 p.m. Check out 11:00 a.m. We do offer flexibility upon request depending on rental schedules.
