- Property Description We are located on the Island in a fantastic gated community of homes. This is a very friendly neighborhood community with 24 Hour Security, Clubhouse with Kitchen, Recreation Center, Heated Pool, Hot Tub, Pool Tables, Private Beach in the Cove, Boat Ramp and Docks. There are many Organized Activities including Card Nights. Use the boat ramp to launch your boat.
- Golf Carts are welcome as we are close to three of the areas Golf Courses. These can be driven on the public streets, after inspection by the DMV. We are also very close to everything you might need during your stay including the Post Office, Banking, Grocery Stores, Restaurants, Bars, Clubs, Shopping, Marina, Library, Doctors and the Hospital. The Walking and Bicycle Path around the Island is just across the street.
- The home is a Newly Remolded 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Mobile Home with an Open Double Wide Living Room and Open Floor Plan with new whole house A/C and Heat.
- The Living Room has all new Sofa, Love Seat, Recliner, Large Screen LCD Flat Screen TV, Cable with Local Channels and DVD Player. The Dining area has seating for 6 and is nicely decorated. The Home has all new Flooring, Furniture, Air Conditioning, Lamps, Tables and Window Blinds.
- The Kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, All New Appliances, including Gas Stove/Oven, Under Cabinet Microwave, Side by Side Refrigerator with Door Ice and Water, Dishwasher, Reverse Osmosis Water System and Garbage Disposal. The RO Unit supplies the Refrigerator Ice and Water with a separate faucet at the sink. We also included all the amenities that you would expect at home. - The Sliding Glass Doors open to the large partly Covered Deck. One level up is the Observation Deck with a View of the Lake and Mountains. Both Decks have Tables and seating. The new Gas BBQ Grill with 2 tanks ensures never running out of propane while cooking. Spacious Covered Parking for 2 vehicles.
