- A spacious covered deck affords you a front row seat to this 14 acre boulder and pine creation, right out your back door. The east facing deck is made for outdoor entertaining. It has a built in propane grill and tiled buffet. Lots of comfortable seating makes this the place to relax on a warm summer evening with a glass of wine or cool winter morning with a cup of coffee. An 8ft. slider brings you into a an open living room. This space has vaulted ceilings with light knotty pine and a beautiful stone fireplace. These are surrounded by Lazy Boy recliners and attractive dark upholstered couch and love seat. Whether you are staring dreamily into the fire or watching a program on the cable flat screen TV, it's hard to get up and do anything else.The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, slow cooker, mixer, coffee pot, toaster, can opener, blender,microwave, and dishwasher. A large dining room table makes meals easy and accommodating. Boulder Cabin sleeps 6 with a queen in each bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Wonderful views surprise you out of the bedroom windows. The master bath is very special with a walk in dual head shower, jetted tub, and separate toilet room. The guest room has it's own deck for bird watching or bat spotting. A picnic table makes for fun outdoor dining to feed kids. In this area there is room for a camper or motor home for a separate fee.A hall bath with tub shower combination is convenient for guests. Internet and washer/dryer bring modern touches to the cozy cabin in the rocks.

- Bathroom 2: toilet, combination tub/shower, shower Entrance from bedroom two and entrance from hallway.
- Two full bath rooms. The master bath is quite luxurious. Lots of tile, walk in shower with two shower heads and very large. Sit down vanity to do your hair or make up. Lit make. Up mirror. Built in blow dryer. Two windows with beautiful views.
- Kitchen Coffee Maker, Dishes & Utensils: Fully stocked., Dishwasher, Kitchen: The cleaning fee is for normal housekeeping. There will be extra housekeeping charges for dirty dishes/ cookware in sink / dishwasher/ cabinet, burned food in oven/ microwave/ cooktop and dirty BBQ., Microwave, Oven, Pantry Items: Blender, crock pot, mixer, large griddle., Refrigerator, Stove, Toaster

- Other Amenities The gate keeps Havalina off the deck at night. I have seen a small bobcat, he is very timid, but if you are quiet he may take a stroll across driveway before dusk. Put trash in large can out by fence at end of drive. Hiking on the rocks just be aware of your surroundings. There are a couple of sticks on deck to carry. Coyotes are rarely seen during the day.
- Outside Boat: Boats can be rented at Watson Lake., Deck / Patio: Two decks. One is large and covered. The other is smaller and uncovered., Golf: Antelope Hills is just a few miles north on Highway 89., Kayak / Canoe: You can rent at Watson Lake a half mile south of cabin., Outdoor Grill: Built i propane grill with tiled work area., Ski & Snowboard: Flagstaff would be the closest. 95.5 miles I17.

Children can create difficult issues such as smudges on glass windows and doors and spills on carpets, rugs, and furniture. Please use cleaning supplies/appliances provided available under sinks or in cupboards/closets to clean up after your children.
