- The short 90 minute drive from Phoenix will open the door to cooler mountain temperatures along with spectacular night air filled with breath taking views of the stars . You may be treated with the regular visit at night by Elk that come onto the property to drink from the fresh mountain spring pond.
- You'll appreciate and enjoy direct access to the Tonto National Forest the fifth largest in the nation which boarders the property. With hours of recreation including hiking, mountain biking, quad & dirt bike riding are not allowed in this area. Enjoy the adjacent beauty of Chaparral Pines Country Club adjacent to the property Country Club recreational use maybe granted through private arrangements between you and the owner.
