- This completely custom home was built at the end of 2014 with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 1 bunk room, hot tub, gas fire pit, and so much more. If you are an outdoor person, we are within a 1 minute walk to the Urban Trail for hiking and mountain biking!
- Home is located in the University Heights neighborhood of Flagstaff. We are very close to NAU campus, downtown, Arizona Snowbowl, and Sedona, just to name a few. This quiet neighborhood home is perfect for your vacation in the Arizona mountains.
- Master bedroom: King bed, Flat screen TV, dual head custom shower, dual vanity with granite, and walk out to patio.
- Guest bedroom: Queen size bed, crib if needed, with shared granite bathroom with shower and tub.
- Bunk room: 2 bunk beds(4 beds), game room, kids toys and movies if needed, and PING PONG table! Have 2 extra full blow up beds also.
- Nursery: Crib and fits double blow up bed that is available.
- Office: Single day bed, shared hallway bathroom with shower.

- Kid Room - 1 double , 1 baby crib , Queen blow up can be used in this room on floor next to crib
- Rec Bunk Room - 1 double , 4 twin/ single , 2 sets of bunk beds (4 single) brand new sheets and mattress
- We have the master on the main floor with 12 foot ceilings and wonderful getaway. Enjoy coffee on the patio 3 feet from the bed, or lay in bed and watch DIRECTV and veg out. The bathroom with dual head rain shower is connected and assists with your relaxation. The daybed in the office is brand new and very comfortable. The guest room upstairs has a pillow top and wonderful light after waking up. The nursery is perfect for anyone traveling with a little one or would like to use with the full blow up that is provided for your to use. Bunk room upstairs is a great place to relax, play some ping pong, pick out your favorite games, and hit one of the bunk beds that all have brand new sheets and mattresses.

The upstairs bedroom is a great size and with a tub and shower connected between the nursery and the guest room.
