I ask that you PLEASE keep them off the beds/furniture and out of the bedrooms - as a courtesy to those other guests who may have allergies. There's a big fenced back yard. One of the fences is only 3 ft high, so if you've got a jumper that may escape, you might want to leave them at home. Please keep the critters off the furniture. You are expected to clean up after and repair any damages caused by your dogs. I don't want the next guest finding any 'surprises'. Cats should stay at home. Children Welcome: One room is outfitted with a kid-friendly theme... Non Smoking Only: Please smoke outside only, and be careful with your ashes. Small butt cans are provided on the porch and patio. Use them! The pine needles are very flammable. During some very dry times there are no outdoor fires/BBQ's of any kind allowed by the county/forest service. Long-Term Renters Welcome
